I'll write in English because my drivers-guides were English speaking although I'm living in French Switzerland. I was surprised to read now (and not before my trip!) that the other clients had the same opinion of the agency: professionalism (organization, timing, different choices) and special attention to the needs and well-being of their clients that made this trip a marvelous and enjoying experience! Specially I enjoyed the time I spent with my "principal" driver-guide-cameraman Buti for all the attentions he had with me, so that I could completely relax with confidence on his way of organizing the trip. Also Louis in Paris which was very attentive to organize the whole trip in the most convenient way for me, attentive to my wishes Also the organization of the agency, as a real Team in constant connection to perform in the client's interest, as they say a "big family" which seems to be a way of living in Ethiopia itself.
